Q: How are your products packed and shipped?
Whether it is a winch or a hoist, it will be wrapped with rope when it is delivered, and it will be wrapped in a plywood wooden box, which is specially customized for a certain product.
At the same time, the wooden box has a certain impact resistance, and will avoid bumping and damaging the motor and other equipment during transportation.
Now is the early autumn season, more rain, wood is afraid of blisters, once the blister will cause the motor or equipment to be damp. During the transportation process, in order to protect the product, a layer of rain protection will be made for the gourd or winch when it is shipped to prevent the wooden box from being flooded by rain.
Q: How long will I receive the goods after I pay?

Q: How can I be sure that the product I received is correct?

Q: What is the color of the product? Can it be customized?
Our standard colors are green, yellow and blue.

For regular customers, we can provide more payment terms, such as credit cards.
Note: When the order amount exceeds 10,000 US dollars, the advance payment is supported. The proportion of the advance payment varies according to the size of the order amount: 30%, 50%, etc. After the production of the goods is completed, the remaining payment must be paid in full before delivery.
Q: Can you provide product accessories?

Our main electrical component brands are Siemens or Schneider brands, which are easily available all over the world.
However, if you have difficulties in purchasing, please contact us in time and we will send to you by the fastest logistics transportation methods, such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, Aramex, etc.
Q: How long is it after sale?
All our products are guaranteed for one year. During the warranty period, we are responsible for the maintenance, free supply of parts and accessories (non-improper operation and non-external reasons).
We will send it to you within 2 working days by land, sea, air and other means of transportation. However, if the buyer does not operate according to the regulations, resulting in damage to the machine or parts, we will assist and provide relevant solutions at the buyer's expense.
