As a commonly used electric hoist in practical operations, the hoist should follow the following usage principles to ensure safer and more efficient work:

1. Do not exceed the rated load, and estimate the weight of the load before lifting to ensure it does not exceed the rated load of the hand chain hoist.

2. The hoist must be securely attached, and no bad habits such as tilting the hook or hanging the load at the tip of the hook should be allowed.

3. The lifting chain and hand chain should not have twisted phenomena, as this can cause the chain to get stuck in the chain wheel during lifting, affecting normal operation.

4. Whether lifting horizontally or vertically, the direction of the hand chain should be the same as that of the hand chain wheel. Do not pull the hand chain in a diagonal direction perpendicular to the hand chain wheel, as this can cause the hand chain to get stuck or come off.

5. It is strictly forbidden to do any work or walk under the load during the lifting process, regardless of whether the load is rising or falling, to avoid accidents.

6. When pulling the hand chain during the lifting process, apply force evenly and gently, and do not pull too hard, as this can cause the chain to jump out of the chain wheel or get stuck in the ring.

7. If you find that the hand chain is difficult to pull, do not pull hard. Immediately stop using the hand chain.
