d. When the host's chain is a double-chain or multi-chain type, it is strictly forbidden to turn the lower hook over from the chain, to avoid accidents.
e. Check the directionality of the chain link, all welding points should be in the same direction, only when all the welding points of the chain are in the same line can the operation be fully determined.
As a commonly used electric hoist in practical operations, the chain hoist should follow the following usage principles to ensure safer and more efficient work:
1. Do not overload the hand chain hoist. Before lifting a heavy object, estimate the weight to ensure it does not exceed the rated load of the hand chain hoist.
2. The suspension of the gourd must be secure, and there must be no bad situations such as the hook being tilted or hanging heavy objects at the tip of the hook.
3. The lifting chain and hand chain should not have twisted phenomena, so as not to have the chain jammed in the chain wheel when lifting heavy objects, affecting normal work.
4. Whether in the inclined or horizontal direction using the chain, the direction of the chain should be consistent with the direction of the hand chain wheel, do not pull the hand chain in a different plane from the hand chain wheel at an angle, so as not to occur hand chain jamming or slipping phenomenon.
5. During the lifting process, it is strictly forbidden for anyone to do any work or walk under heavy objects, to prevent accidents.
6. During the lifting process, whether the heavy object is rising or falling, the force applied to the hand chain should be even and gentle, do not pull the hand chain too hard, so as not to cause the chain to jump out of the chain wheel or the hook.
7. If you find that the chain cannot be pulled when in use, do not pull it hard, and immediately stop using the chain.
