1 What are overhead cranes & gantry cranes?
An overhead crane, commonly called a bridge crane, is a type of crane found in industrial environments. An overhead crane consists of two parallel rails seated on longitudinal I-beams attached to opposite steel columns by means of brackets. The traveling bridge spans the gap. A hoist, the lifting component of a crane, travels along the bridge. If the bridge is rigidly supported on two or more legs running on two fixed rails at ground level, the crane is called a gantry crane.

2.1.2 Suspension bridge crane

2.1.6 Metallurgical casting bridge crane

2.2 Gantry crane
2.2.1 Semi-gantry crane
The electric hoist semi-gantry crane is a small and medium-sized rail-operated lifting equipment. It is mainly composed of a gantry (main beam, outriggers, lower beams, etc.), a lifting mechanism, a running mechanism, and an electronic control part. The electric hoist is used as the lifting device. The lifting mechanism runs along the lower flange of the main beam I-beam when working. Clean room bridge crane
Since ordinary electric hoists produce a large number of fine particles during operation, they cannot meet the cleanliness requirements of special workshops in high-precision electronics, food, aviation, and other industries.
According to the strict requirements of dust-free space, on the one hand, parts that are less likely to produce particles are selected, and on the other hand, moving parts that may produce tiny particles are designed to be closed to prevent particles from leaking out and contaminating other workpieces or products in the workshop. 5.1 Warranty period
Strictly follow the manufacturer's warranty period, which is twelve months after the final acceptance of the goods.
5.2 Equipment installation and commissioning
We are responsible for delivering the equipment to the buyer's location/warehouse according to the buyer's requirements after the initial acceptance inspection and providing online installation guidance services for the equipment.

5.3 Maintenance service
We promise to respond within 24 hours after receiving the technical service request of the purchasing unit and eliminate the fault of the goods as soon as possible according to the difficulty of the fault.
During the warranty period, we are responsible for the repair and replacement of spare parts and goods that need to be replaced not due to improper operation.
After the end of the warranty period, we will continue to provide maintenance and repairs. We will provide maintenance plans within 24 hours after receiving the user's request for repairs. The maintenance charges will be implemented according to our standards.
