As a widely used electric hoist in practical operations, the chain electric hoist should adhere to these usage principles to ensure safer and more efficient operation:
1. Please avoid using it beyond its load capacity. Before lifting any heavy object, kindly estimate whether its weight exceeds the rated load of the electric hoist.
2. Ensure that the hoist is securely hung. Avoid skewed hooks or hanging heavy objects at the tip of the hook.
3. Keep the lifting chain and hand chain from twisting. Otherwise, the chain may get stuck in the sprocket during lifting, affecting normal operation.
4. Whether used in an inclined or horizontal direction, please make sure the direction of pulling the hand chain aligns with the direction of the hand chain wheel. Avoid pulling the hand chain obliquely in a different plane from the hand chain wheel to prevent the hand chain from getting stuck or disengaging.
5. During lifting, whether the object is rising or falling, please ensure no one works or walks under the lifted object to prevent personal accidents.
6. When pulling the hand chain during lifting, whether the object is rising or falling, apply force evenly and gently. Avoid pulling too hard to prevent the chain from jumping out of the sprocket or the link.
7. If the hand chain cannot be pulled during use, do not force it. Stop using it immediately for safety reasons.
